Dealership was great at my service valet appointment and made a last minute change to the pick-up and delivery location. Customer service is nonexistent. Didn’t even address us when we came just looked up and said nothing until we mentioned that we were here for service and had an appointment. Never called back to update us when we came just looked up and said nothing until we mentioned that we were here for service and had an appointment. Never called back to update us on the status. We came back 4 1/2 hours later to learn that when you drop off the car it is assumed that you know it is for the entire day. Sat for another half hour until work was completed considering choosing another dealer in the future. More
