Getting the apt was a pain- left a vm and I had to call back twice to finally schedule my oil & filter. They are extremely busy so you need to schedule an apt in advance —a month out! Great customer service I took my car in for the "Works" package. The service rep who checked me in mentioned it would be about 1 1/2 hours for completion. My car was ready I took my car in for the "Works" package. The service rep who checked me in mentioned it would be about 1 1/2 hours for completion. My car was ready within that timeframe. The waiting room is well stocked with drinks and treats, such as granola bars, fruit and popcorn. I will definitely return. More

In service department I was asked to electronically sign forms that I was unable to review. It was not until the paper version was presented to me at time of payment was I able to determine that the licence plate on my car was incorrectly noted. Neither sales or service staff could answer my question regarding down hill descent option on my Hyundai. Neither staff member offered to find the information I requested. Lack of offer to find the information was more disappointing than lack of knowledge." The free car wash is a joke. The wheels were not cleaned and "highway bug kill" remained on the front of the car. Upper management needs to be more aware of these issues. More
