I have owned Mercedes, infinitys, Cadillacs and Corvettes. Genesis service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. It is nonexistent. I purchased a new 2024 Genesis GV 70 from Genesis Of Me Corvettes. Genesis service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. It is nonexistent. I purchased a new 2024 Genesis GV 70 from Genesis Of Melbourne. I was assured Service would not be an issue at this Hyundai dealer selling Genesis. I’ve given up trying to speak to a Genesis service representative at the dealership since it is impossible.. I have owned my new 2024 Genysis GV 70 for six months. I have decided to get rid of it due to lack of service at this dealership. Great car, terrible dealer. Based on my experience with Genesis Of Melbourne, I do not recommend doing business with them.
