Littleton Genesis has a beautiful showroom and service department, tons of inventory, and a great team. Ricky was a phenomenal salesman who helped us find exactly what we wanted with no pressure at all to department, tons of inventory, and a great team. He helped us get everything set up in the car after we purchased, and gladly worked with us when we were late to our appointment. What a great experience overall!! And the car itself is incredible. Genesis of Littleton picked up my vehicle for a routine oil change on Jan 7th. They wrecked my vehicle - which only had 4k miles on it - on the way to the dealership. Although the photos appeared to be onl oil change on Jan 7th. They wrecked my vehicle - which only had 4k miles on it - on the way to the dealership. Although the photos appeared to be only minor scratches - not even a dent - the repairs they claimed were over $21k. They committed to me from the start to covering all my car payments while they had my vehicle, and said it should only take a couple of weeks bc the damage was minor. They held my vehicle for 13 weeks, and when the time came to honor their commitments, they called me a liar and refused to compensate me for my car payments while they had my vehicle. For $21k+ of damage, I was offered $500 in depreciation of value. They told me that they never offered to cover car payments (blatant lie from them) and said, “anyone could’ve wrecked it - could’ve been you.” But it WASN’T - it was their team, yet they cowards away from doing the right thing & honoring the commitments made to me. Also, when they picked up my vehicle, it had 4,473 miles on it, and when I picked it up it had over 4,540 miles on it. The dealership is not even 9 miles from my home, and the repair shop is 2 miles from the dealer, or less. How did they put over 67 miles on my car? When asked, they pointed fingers at each other and each said, “yeah, seems like a lot… wasn’t us.. ask the other guys….” I had to deal with multiple people from the dealership + 2 separate insurance companies and spent hours on the phone all to be told, “tough luck, couldn’t been your fault…. You’re a liar. Here’s $500.” Don’t let these guys drive your vehicle unless you don’t care if they wreck it. This was able absolute nightmare experience and they acted as very stereotypical “used car salesmen” in the way they lied and communicated to me. I purchased my vehicle from an out of state dealership and speaking to that dealership THEY advised me to sue Genesis of Littleton for this outrageous situation. The dealership I purchased my vehicle from told me how they would have managed the situation - including honoring the car payments (let alone the insurance, time away from work, a reasonable depreciation of value…) and said each dealership has insurance that COULD HAVE COVERED what was promised to me, they just chose not to. Criminals. More
