Genesis of Lake Park - Service Center

Brought my Genesis in for service and was immediately greeted by a gentleman I found out to be the GM later on. I was in for a recall and they told me 3 hours to repair but ended up being only an hour an greeted by a gentleman I found out to be the GM later on.
