Brought my 2018 Genesis G80 5. 0 into Genesis of Lake Norman for a diagnostic and walked away really impressed with how my service advisor Henry handled everything. They identified a water pump failure and valve cover gasket issue and worked with my third-party warranty company to get both covered without much friction. The bigger challenge came when a seat bolster and lumbar motor failure surfaced during another visit. The warranty company denied it twice, even after some escalation. Henry spent several hours on the phone pushing back, escalating through supervisors, and ultimately got the full $2,800 repair covered after a lot of back and forth. He handled the entire claims process for me and didn't have to go that far. Most advisers would have moved on after the first denial, but the fact that he stayed with it and got the result he did says a lot about how he operates. Work was done by an experienced Tau V8 tech using OEM parts. Great shop, and Henry is the reason I'll be back. More

Then after 2 trips and my audio system taken out as PROMISED, they REFUSED to lower their price by $700+. They had me with a different salesperson each time. Never took appointments as promised. They WASTE MY TIME and $400 to put back in my amp/sub. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. Nothing but headaches and I never felt comfortable as well. More
