This Dealership, especially the Service Center is NOT ready to be compared with Lexus or Mercedes dealerships. They charge luxury prices for their vehicles (which fall short in quality in comparison to o ready to be compared with Lexus or Mercedes dealerships. As always the service group are outstanding. I have counted on Mickey ever since I bought my 1st and 2nd G80 and are now planning on a 3rd! The only thing I will say is that this was the 1st time ther counted on Mickey ever since I bought my 1st and 2nd G80 and are now planning on a 3rd! The only thing I will say is that this was the 1st time there was no windshield sticker alerting me to next service time line. Also, maybe they've stopped the process, but my car was returned unwashed. No big deal but just wasn't the norm! More

The Genesis of Hilton Head Service Department is, in my opinion, outstanding! The Service Techs are attentive, courteous, professional and knowledgeable! I would have rated them a 5 but they could not up opinion, outstanding! The Service Techs are attentive, courteous, professional and knowledgeable! I would have rated them a 5 but they could not update my Navigation software and I believe they should have changed my brake disk and pads instead of grinding the disk. More
