Very happy with the final outcome on the replacement of an AC Condenser unit on my GV80. Had to contact Brett who has always been helpful to get the car dropped off in a reasonable amount of time. The service manager Brett is great and listens to your problem. The salespeople not so accommodating. Had a car picked out went to get it and they sold it! No call or anything! Got another that we have had nothing but small problems since buying it. Only one set of keys were given to us, even though it stated there were two sets for the vehicle. The back floor board was always wet and the car smelled musty. When I first got it my daughter in law drove it and there were cockroaches coming out of the dashboard. I really think this car was in a flood!! Also water in the headlight covers?? Would not buy from them again. More

I just took delivery of my fourth Genesis a GV 80. The others were an Equess, a G90 sedan and a 2021 GV80. All have been outstanding vehicles. We. could not get an appointment for several weeks; then it apparently took all day to do a basic service and address a seatbelt recall. No courtesy cars were available so after we dropped off the car in the morning we had to drive home to Savannah and the back again to Hardeville at the end of the day. Genesis service at Hyundai Savannah was so terrible, they stopped servicing Genesis. Genesis service at their first location in Hardeville was initially decent. Now that they moved 300 yards to their new building, it seems to have deteriorated significantly. More
