After test-driving a GV70, I confirmed my intent to purchase and was issued a bill of sale, which I immediately used to secure financing through my credit union. The next morning, I confirmed the purchase in writing, shared payment tracking information, and remained in close communication throughout the day. An appointment was scheduled to finalize the transaction. Despite this clear and documented intent to purchase — and no communication suggesting otherwise — the vehicle was sold to someone else before my scheduled appointment. I was later told that someone “tried to call me,” which is difficult to accept given that I was actively engaged with the dealership the entire day prior. As a result, I now have: • An active auto loan for a vehicle I do not own • A favorable interest rate that is now lost • A hard inquiry on my credit • Additional mileage and repair costs on my existing vehicle, which I was actively trying to replace This incident wasn’t isolated. I also had multiple confirmed appointments where vehicles were either off-site or in the shop — despite clear assurances that they would be available. These patterns point to a lack of internal accountability and a disregard for the customer’s time, trust, and financial situation. The dealership made no serious attempt to resolve the situation. This isn’t about rudeness or lack of friendliness — it’s about ethics, responsibility, and transparency. Unfortunately, those seem to be lacking here. More

I had a specific configuration in mind , and although it wasn’t readily available, Theresa went the extra mile by exploring regional and national inventory to help me track it down. I visited several Genesis dealerships during my search, but Highland Park truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt different — warmer, more personal, and refreshingly low-pressure. Theresa’s communication was exceptional: honest, informative, and always prompt. She patiently walked me through everything, including advanced features like Remote Smart Parking Assist and Highway Driving Assist, and explained financing options clearly. And let’s talk about the dealership itself — the modern glass building is absolutely stunning. The waiting lounge is bright, clean, and genuinely relaxing. One of my favorite parts? The huge glass wall overlooking the service bay, where you can see the technicians working on vehicles in real time. It’s a small touch that shows full transparency and reflects the trust-based experience they provide. Did not fix the problems I brought the in for to be resolved. Made me wait over 2 weeks to get an appoinment so I could have a loner and made me wait another 30 minutes to receive the loner. The case still is not receiving text messages on my screen -and yes I'm using cae play. Also, the temperature still is flippng back to celsius from fahrenheit. And now I thing the battery/ miles gauge is off. I am not happy with the dealership's service department and if the car doeswn't get fixed properly I will consult a lemon law attorney More
