I, as with most new car buyers, came into the buying experience with a preconceived notion of how the process would go. I can honestly say that Eric Krumm and Weldon Streeter demolished that notion wit experience with a preconceived notion of how the process would go. I can honestly say that Eric Krumm and Weldon Streeter demolished that notion with responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge. They understood what I wanted, didn't try and sway me in different directions and made the process stress-free. Eric's responsiveness in e-mail communication allowed for us to walk in and drive away in a few hours. Weldon listened to things we only mentioned once or twice. As an example, we test drove two different models and commented about our color preference while driving the first. We ended up buying the second model as it had everything we preferred including the color because Weldon listened. Not that big of a deal, but the little things are what determine great customer service. The Sonata has great technology, but even better I knew how to work everything because of Weldon's review. In the end I ended up with the car I wanted, at a great price and without much time out of a busy schedule. The dealership is first-rate. I'm even looking forward to going out of my way for my first oil-change to enjoy the warm atomosphere and great customer waiting area! More

This is the second Hyundai I've purchased from Mungenast Hyundai. Heath Goodrich was the representative that assisted me for both purchases. He was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai product and the features on my particular brand. He also was very patient in answering all of our questions. In addition, Charles Sutton and Kelly Sullivan were most helpful when we picked up the car. Mr. Goodrich was working the car show in St. Louis and Mr. Sutton and Ms. Sullivan took us through one final walk-thru on our new Sonata. The Mungenast dealership is far and away the finest dealership I have dealt with over the years, and Mr. Goodrich, Mr. Sutton, and Ms. Sullivan should be commended for their knowledge, thoroughness, and customer service skills. Although I ended up buying from another dealer, the only reason I did so was distance from the dealership. I enjoyed working with Charlie Sutton and they actually had the best price of the 5 dealerships I reason I did so was distance from the dealership. I have no problem in recommending Charlie Sutton as a sales associate to work with. More
Considered 3 dealerships, this one not the closest to my home. LouAnn Sutton engaged me through Mungenast's internet site. When I asked her questions, she sent back answers. The other two dealers played games, were deceptive--even deceitful in their responses. Dean Hyndai lied to me and even tried to lease me a Sonata, when I'd come in to buy one for cash--because they didn't have the car I wanted, to sell me. They are the reason I opted for Mungenast. The Suttons listened to what I wanted, they responded honestly, and I bought a car. Simple, straightforward, honest. How many dealerships/sales people operate that way? I'm confident the Suttons will respect and take care of you, too. And, no, they are not my relatives. I'd never met them prior to this transaction. M. Bjorkmar More
I dealt with Kelly Sullivan and another sales person named Heath. And both of them went above and beyond for me as well as the dealership itself. I'm active duty so I drove 10 hours one way to get the b named Heath. And both of them went above and beyond for me as well as the dealership itself. I'm active duty so I drove 10 hours one way to get the best deal I possibly could and this dealership did just that. The day I was there I wanted a specific color car that they didn't have so Heath drove to Springfield, IL to get my sonata however on the way there a freak blizzard rolled in and what was supposed to take a few hours took over 8 hours round trip to get back due to icy roads and accidents. In the mean time Kelly and the folks at mungenast insisted on putting me in a hotel room at their expense so that I could rest from my long day as well as the long trip home I still had a head of me. And on top of all that Kelly gave me a plastic tin full of freshly baked cookies and holiday goodies to take with me. No dealership has ever went that above and beyond for me before. I like hyundais and I'm going to purchase another vehicle from them in the coming months for sure. And you can bet that I will request Kelly and it Heath by name. I highly recommend mungenast Hyundai and specifically Kelly and Heath. More
