After searching online for the right 2013 Santa Fe Sport, I found two. One of them was at Mungenast Hyundai in Hazelwood, MO. I cruised through the lot looking for the vehicle I found on their site, and found it far in the back behind the store. That's where I met Ryan, who walked all the way out there to greet me. Within 10 minutes, we were driving the vehicle. Ryan didn't force me to follow any prescribed test route. During the drive, he shared some details about the vehicle's features, used the time to ask questions about me, and shared a little about himself and why he's selling cars. Upon return to the dealership, Ryan offered to let me drive other models. Once the right vehicle was chosen, we started talking about the deal. Hours elapsed, and Ryan kept working with his management to help the deal. He shared his cell phone charger to power-up my phone, shared his own cell phone to enable me to make a call, and even blew up balloons to help keep my young daughter pacified. In the end, I was given a deal I felt good about, and the level of service throughout the deal was consistently great. I can easily recommend Mungenast Hyundai and, in particular, Ryan Zimmerman, to others who seek to buy a new or used vehicle. More
We had been to a competing dealer and they didn't seem too interested in dealing with us, so we thought we would try Mungenast just to see if the problem was with the deal we were wanting or if it wa seem too interested in dealing with us, so we thought we would try Mungenast just to see if the problem was with the deal we were wanting or if it was the salesman at the other dealer. We were totally surprised when we left that night with the vehicle we wanted and the deal we were looking for! Charlie Sutton was wonderful. He asked what we were looking for , we told him and he said "I think I can do that, give me a minute." He came back a few minutes later and asked if we wanted white or silver and they brought up the car that we ended up taking home that night! He did not try to pressure us into a deal we weren't comfortable with. He was very thorough in explaining the various functions on the vehicle and made sure we had all our questions answered accurately. He even stayed until after 11:00 that night and had to be back in at 9:00 the next morning. Andrew in finance was also very helpful, and did not try to pressure us into add-ons that we did not want. He also had to stay late to get us taken care of. All of the people we met there were very helpful and friendly. I tell everyone I know to go to Mungenast Hyundai for a great deal and a great buying experience. More

This was my first car buying experience and could not have been more satisfying. I had an awful experience with another Hyundai dealer and ended up working with Charlie first through email. Charlie was upfront about everything and was able to figure out a deal that worked for me. Charlie was honest, helpful, and very friendly. The transaction was very fast and easy. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful, not pushy or aggressive. We will definitely return here and I will refer everyone I know to Mungenast! More

This by far was the easiest car purchase I've made. I went in and was greated by name from a smiling secretary.With in a couple of minutes a sales person who was expecting me was there and we got started went in and was greated by name from a smiling secretary.With in a couple of minutes a sales person who was expecting me was there and we got started. I knew exactly what I was looking and what I was willing to pay. Greg Patton (sales person) didn't waste my time trying to up sell. He didn't have on the lot what I exactly wanted. But within a short period he found the car meeting what I had told him. No crazy back and fourth getting up and down talking to some one. After we had talked he brought over a sales manager(Eric Krumm) again not a lot of the usuall back and forth. He knew were I was at and I knew were they were at. Needless to say I bought the car. The whole process other then paper work was less the 60 minutes. Kelly Sullivan set every thing in motion. She was great with the on line questions I had and was there when I picked up the car. I could not be more happy with the whole process and I will be back in the future for car buying needs. More
I went into the dealership to have the battery checked on my vehicle. While I was waiting, I looked around the showroom at the new cars. Mr. Henry approached me and asked if I needed assistance. He stayed with me and we talked about the cars and admired them. Then I told him that my next car would be a hybrid. He asked if I wanted to go look at the hybrids. Since I had time I went with Mr. Henry. There was a beautiful red hybrid that I thought was absolutely the next car I would want. He asked if I was interested if he could put me in that car for the same or alittle bit more money. It doesn't hurt to look, and besides, I already had a great car with just 24,000 miles on it. The rest of the story, he put me in the car for a few dollars more and when they came to tell me my car was ready in service, I told them I had turned it in. We all had a good laugh. Mr. Henry was polite, listened to me, did not oversell, told me the vehicles really sell themselves. I have been back to the dealership about another purchase and Mr. Henry always comes to greet me and ask me about my vehicle. When I bought my vehicle he was a new employee and I think he will have a great future selling, especially a great car like the Hyundai. More
