I began corresponding with Kelly several months ago because I had seen the new Sonata and loved it. I simply reached out for some information. I felt very little pressure to commit to anything and felt because I had seen the new Sonata and loved it. I simply reached out for some information. I felt very little pressure to commit to anything and felt like Kelly was there to assist in answering questions and to educate me on the new Sonata and the sales process in general. I wasn't ready to move forward at the time, and Kelly completely understood that. She would occasionally send me emails with cars that fit what I was looking for. There were no annoying calls or inundating email blasts. Eventually, I was ready to move forward, and I happened to be in the neighborhood so I called Kelly. I could have walked in and dealt with anyone at that point, but I felt like Kelly had treated me right so I felt she deserved my reciprocation. From there on the whole process was very easy and laid back. The sales manager was great too. He helped sweeten the deal with very little "negotiation" required. The finance manager was very friendly and easy to deal with. From start to finish I felt little pressure and I am very happy with my pressure. I would definitely recommend Kelly and the Mungenast team to anyone interested in a pleasant car buying experience. More
I worked with Charlie Sutton on the purchase of a new Sonata. He provided my wife and I with friendly service, he was patient, and he never once made us feel pressured. I went on multiple test drives and emailed back and forth with him over a period of months, and he never once made me feel like less than his top priority. Charlie knew that I would accept nothing less than a good price on the new car and a fair price on my trade-in. Once my wife and I decided that we wanted to buy a Sonata, the time from the opening volley to the handshake was maybe 10 minutes. Charlie brought the sales manager in right from the start, he asked what I was willing to pay and accept on trade, and the final price was within a few hundred dollars of my (admittedly not unreasonable) offer. The only time I felt pressured was during the financing process- the finance manager/extended warranty salesman is very good at his job. After all is said and done, I feel confident in recommending the Mungenast network of dealerships and Charlie Sutton at the Hyundai dealership. More

He showed us several 2011 cars, and finally I admitted I wanted a 2012 Sonata SE instead. However, it was out of our price range. Charlie and Jim Robishaw worked with us to get the car we wanted at the price we could afford, AND worked with me on an option that I wanted on the car that was not included. He clearly explained the features and benefits of the car. Additionally, I was impressed that Charlie connected with me regarding the line of work I'm in (marketing and research) by sharing some information he learned from having recently read a report on my industry! And the next day, we had an email that he had already scheduled our first oil change. Impressed. Please ask for Charlie Sutton when you visit Mungenast Hyundai! Kelly served us well, finding out what I wanted in my car, what fit my personality and showed us 2 options. An Elantra Limited and an Elantra GLS. I love the product, loved both cars. One fit our goal of reducing our monthly payment while still getting and having 10 yr/100,000 bumper to bumper coverage, some extra bells and whistles that my Tiberon did not have, and Kelly made the whole experience pleasant, easy and great! There was minimal negotiating over our trade-in value and the manager, John, simply asked what we wanted and he was then very aggressive in his efforts to see that we were happy with the financial arrangements he made for us on our new car. Following that, we met with the Finance manager, Jim, who walked us through the entire process efficiently, clearly, simply and smoothly. We had a wonderful buying experience and will most definiately make sure that we tell others. I'd be very happy to come back to Dave Mungenast again for future car-buying needs. Thank you all!!! Most amazing was the sales rep Charlie Sutton and his sales manager, no pressure, reasonable, genuine nice fellas. The finance manager was equally nice and knowledgable. My wife and I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra from Dave Mungenast Hyundai this past weekend and had a good experience in the process. I was quoted lower prices over the phone from other local Hyundai dealers, but I felt that Charlie was the most honest person I spoke with on the phone, so I decided to go to Mungenast. Charlie was very friendly and courteous with my wife and I. He recognized that I had done my homework on the car and he did not pretend to know every little minute detail himself, which I appreciated. He helped us decide on color, even bringing a car into the service center so we could see it in better light. Working out the deal was relatively painless. They didnt try to toss in extras like pin stripes or under coating to jack up the price. They also didn't come back with free oil changes and car washes when I asked for a better price. Overall, I don't feel like I got a great price, but I did get a very fair price, and that works for me. They had the car looking very nice when we went to pick it up and we didn't really have to wait very long to finalize the financing and everything, considering how busy they were on a Saturday. When I first set out to buy a new car, I figured I would negotiate with a few of the local dealerships to get the best deal, but after going to Mungenast first and getting a fair price from a friendly and honest salesman, I am glad I didn't waste my time with the other dealerships. I found Mungenast Hyundai on the internet. Kelly Sullivan, their Internet Coordinator, e-mailed me and later we spoke on the phone. She was very easy to talk to. I had my 2002 Hyundai in because of a recall and Nick Ellison in Service allowed me to have a loaner car which was a 2010 Hyundai Elantra. After driving the loaner car I liked it so much I asked about trading my 2002 or the 2010. The salesperson that I worked with was Charlie Sutton. Charlie was very friendly and very helpful, he was not one of those high pressure salesmen and was a pleasure to work with. I am a senior citizen and have worked with several dealerships and this is the best dealership that I have ever worked with and I would highly recomend them to anyone looking for a car.
