I bought a brand-new Genesis G-70 from this place. They offer a great selection of vehicles at relatively reasonable prices. I have had an immense number of issues that I have experienced with their Finance Department. To begin with, I was charged for electronic filing with WI DMV but it was NOT done. I only learned about it when I tried to undergo emission testing. It could not be done, as my old vehicle was still registered under the license plates. I repeatedly attempted to contact their finance person named Creed due to this license plate issue. Apparently, he "does not talk to customers" (how lovely!). Eventually, I was able to get ahold of Assistant Manager Chris who told me that they couldn't do electronic filing for some reason. Well, it would have been nice to know it right away, before I started driving the car all over town. Instead, I only learned about it when I looked up my license plates in the DMV database and went for testing. They are still showing my old vehicle that I traded in under the current license plate. It has turned into a hassle with law enforcement. Furthermore, I cannot even pass emissions because the vehicle is still not registered to my license plate. What that means is that I'm essentially driving a car illegally. I have purchased many luxury vehicles before and I have NEVER encountered such unprofessional and rude attitude! I am sure that Genesis USA would be thrilled to learn about the way they treat customers! To add insult, Chris promised me an electronic fee check that was supposed to be sent on Monday, 02/14/22. Well, guess what? They did not send me anything. It's not a matter of money, but the fact that he is a dishonest and shifty person. NEVER again would I deal with them! More
