I was attempting to purchase a 2023 GV70 from them and found their pricing ok but tried to reduce the monthly payments by paying more up front. They were asking $5000 over the ilist that they dropped to $1500, I told them that BMW was offering $2500 off of list. The manager suggested that I go buy the BMW so I did. Horrible customer service…lied to me about car availability.. Appointment confirmed knowing what car I wanted and it was sold when we got there!
