No communication. I waited 4 hours for a 5 k service!! I was told it would take 1-1/2 hours. At 2 and 1/2 hours I had to go and ask for an update. Was told recall was I waited 4 hours for a 5 k service!! I was told it would take 1-1/2 hours. At 2 and 1/2 hours I had to go and ask for an update. Was told recall was done and oil change was finished. At 4 hours I had to again ask about status and went to see the service manager to verbalize how poor the service was. Was given a loaner after 4 hours. Very disappointed More

The dealership was very impressive. I have seen and physically been to three other area Genesis dealers and Genesis of Englewood had the only showroom dedicated to the brand, it had a I have seen and physically been to three other area Genesis dealers and Genesis of Englewood had the only showroom dedicated to the brand, it had a Valet parking type of greeting and I was escorted to the showroom service Concierge. Service was prompt and very close to the estimated time I was quoted for completion. The work done was explained and provided in writing. I noticed the full sentences and quite impressive grammar that was used in explaining the work done. My car was washed and the interior was cleaned and vacuumed, as well. The waiting area is quiet, has an excellent 20 hot beverage dispenser, and has sofa as well as small table seating with big screen TV. I need to have an item serviced actually tomorrow morning and, despite their not being my selling dealer, I have decided to return to Genesis of Englewood for my servicing needs. I was even escorted back to my vehicle when my servicing was completed. It would be difficult to ask for a better start to finish experience. More
