"I purchased my GV80 from this dealership, but the experience was disappointing. On the day I picked up the vehicle, I noticed a cracked front grill. I received the same excuse for three months, until I took matters into my own hands and contacted another dealership, which had the grill in stock. I had to escalate the issue to the head service manager to get it resolved. The poor service and lack of follow-through have left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be doing business with this dealership again." More

No communication. I waited 4 hours for a 5 k service!! I was told it would take 1-1/2 hours. At 2 and 1/2 hours I had to go and ask for an update.
