I love going to Englewood Genesis for Svc. I bought my GV60 here at the end of last year. I love this Car and the Svcs as well. John is very nice and professional. All the staffs are, too!! 3 months to fix a plastic panel. Only updates I got was if I called myself and there was always a promise to get back to me. Got back maybe 20% of time. After 3 months got car back dirty with an empty fuel tank. Based on this service I will probably not buy another Genesis. Service is horrible More

I had a recall issue. I made an appointment and on that day delivered my car and got a nice G70 loaner. I also pointed out a cosmetic issue I had been having with the mold I made an appointment and on that day delivered my car and got a nice G70 loaner.
