Neysha Ortiz is the worst, I do not know how a person so cold and rude is working as a service advisor. She couldn’t locate my appointment that I schedule a month prior and did not believe I had an appointm cold and rude is working as a service advisor. Car was on the lot but no one was aware for half a day. No follow up or response. Even when I was told I would receive a follow up in the morning, I had to continuously call to get any update. Took 3 days No follow up or response. Even when I was told I would receive a follow up in the morning, I had to continuously call to get any update. Took 3 days to get a tired fixed. No offer to get a loaner car or drop off. Spent 3 days paying for Ubers to get to work. I had a very poor experience when looking to buy a car which is why we didn't buy it at Englewood. Thought the service would be different and it surely was not. I will never step foot at the dealership again. More
