I’m disappointed with the service I received after purchasing my car. I discovered a scratch on the side mirror the same day I brought it home and reported it right away. It took a month to schedule t purchasing my car. I discovered a scratch on the side mirror the same day I brought it home and reported it right away. It took a month to schedule the repair, and when the team finally came, they arrived almost 2 hours late. I complained to Kelly about this, but instead of apologizing, she told me to talk to the Sales Manager. I am already dissatisfied that the scratch was present when I purchased the car. Not only did it take a month to get the repair done, but they also missed the scheduled appointment time, causing further inconvenience to my personal plans, and there was no apology at all. Overall, the lack of communication, delays, and employee attitude were very frustrating and unprofessional. More
