Disappointed with the service. Got the car back with the battery light and engine light on. This should have been checked prior to returning the car. After giving the car back a second time, I received the car back and every time I start the car, the schedule a service message comes up. This should have been reset prior to me picking up the car. To make a service appt., after telling the individual, the check engine light comes on, the earliest appt was over one month out. When I questioned the amount of time to wait, she told me to “monitor it.” Overall a very disappointing experience for a luxury dealer. More
