Pleasant though austere show room and waiting area. John Skopetos was very accommodating to my and my vehicles needs. The service (a recall and refinishing 4 wheels) was very well done. I was never able to get service at at Genesis of Mahwah and the service . people were very unprofessional. I have found a new home for service in Englewood.
