I received an email from Fred Beans Automotive Group about a 49th Anniversary Sale. The email said that you could save thousands on in stock models. I went to their Genesis site and noticed that all t about a 49th Anniversary Sale. The email said that you could save thousands on in stock models. I went to their Genesis site and noticed that all the Genesis GV80's were being offered at MSRP and not on sale. I checked the tab saying "Get Todays Price". I filled out the form being very careful not to check the box allowing them to call me and opted to be contacted by email. I did not enter my phone number. After about 5 minutes, I received a phone call from Ian at Genesis of Doylestown. I promptly hung up the phone. The form says "How do you want to be contacted" and I checked email. I was never emailed "Today's Price". It is obvious that the 49th Anniversary email is a joke. I will never purchase from Gemesis of Doylestown. More
Kyle Soultes and Genesis of Doylestown and Fred Beans saved the Genesis brand in my house. We already owned a G70 and I was looking to add another 2022. G70. For about a week I dealt with Genesis dealers sales people, sales managers and I wanted to take a shower after my conversations with them, Advertise one price you show up and the price is higher, they have the inventory until you show up 25 minutes later and they don't have it anymore, your car is worth x until you show up and then is worth x-$6,000 although the car is as you said it was...I even heard "why dont you go sell your car and come back with the money!!!!!". For a young company that is trying to break in the premium car market, they certainly have the product but as far as the people selling their product they have a ton of catching up to do. I can honestly say I have not been treated as a customer this bad by the worse used car salesman, I was at a point o where I was ready to walk in an Audi dealership and buy the first car I saw. That is when Kyle came in the picture, reached out to me "listened to the car and features I was interested in", imagine that! Provided a price for that car, then there was some back and forth on the trade we settled on a price upon inspection, during the entire process Kyle was very responsive and things were not changing with every conversation or text. He exemplified honesty/integrity and understood what I was interested in. Kyle's demeanor and interest to satisfy the customer convinced me to visit the dealership and make a deal. John Homan finance manager also made sure the experience that started with Kyle continued, what a relief! and pleasure it was to deal with the team at Genesis of Doylestown at Fred Beans. Highly recommend and will be going back again. More
