I leased a 2010 Infiniti G37s hard top convertible at Salerno Duane Infiniti. During price negotiations I felt like this was a friendly, family kind of dealer. The people I have met throughout are warm and welcoming. I have had some problems with the convertible, primarily squeaks and rattles. My primary service contact, Allie, is a sweetheart. Very responsive. Shows great empathy. And when she isn't available, Sue is wonderful, as well. While the squeaks remain unresolved (need to wait for the cold weather to kick back in), compromising my experience with a car I otherwise like, this dealership treats the customer right. While I believe in the Infiniti brand, one negative surprise has been the number of service intervals this car requires and the cost to service. As a long time Porsche owner (oil changes every 15,000 to 20,000 miles), the Infiniti interval of 3,000 to 4,000 is disruptive and arises much too fast. But, if I must go to a dealer too often, I'm glad to see my friends Allie and Sue at Salerno Duane. More
I watched in amazement as Allie and Susan coordinated my service request for my Infiniti FX35. I had never witness any thing like it. These two individuals complemented each other as they worked to complete service request for my Infiniti FX35. I had never witness any thing like it. Allie informed me of the possible service cost, she also informed me of the available coupons, and had some suggestions. In the mean time, Susan informed me that the courtesy car I wall be using for that day, was ready. the car engine was runnung, the door on the drivers side was opened. All I had to do was get in the car close the door and be on my way. Who could ask for anything more? They exceed your expectations every time. I cannot, and will not believe that an external source of heat melted my side view mirrors....it happened three times in the same exact spot....even if it was a reflection off something it wouldnt have matched all three times...it just doesn't make sense. I am always received as a friend and they treat me accordingly. I had to have a side mirror cover replaced. They had the part in stock but had to send it out to be painted (bright red) and thought it accordingly. I had to have a side mirror cover replaced. My husband and I bought our Infinities here a few years ago and could not be happier with our service. We have worked with Allie and Walter who are wonderful and these last couple of years we have worke ago and could not be happier with our service. We have worked with Allie and Walter who are wonderful and these last couple of years we have worked mostly with Sue. We cannot say enough about how personable, knowledgable and accomodating she is. We have consistenly recieved service that exceeds our expectations. We don't often have service requirements other than routine maintenance but when we do require it the job is well done, and done quickly. It has been a pleasure doing business with the team and we will purchase our next Infinitis here for sure. More
