90K service on my Gcoupe was done efficiently and graciously at reasonable price and included loaner vehicle. I was kept up to date on service work and car was ready when promised. I had routine service and warranty work done on our 2008 Infiniti M35x on two separate days in January 2013. Allie, Susan, Hector, Craig and all other employees with whom we came in contact were courteous Infiniti M35x on two separate days in January 2013. Allie, Susan, Hector, Craig and all other employees with whom we came in contact were courteous, helpful, professional, and efficient. They did the work that they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Overall, the pleasant facilities and the friendly and attentive staff make the normally unwelcome task of "taking the car in for service" an actual pleasure. I have had experience at three different Salerno dealerships, and have been pleased each time with the attention to detail, the quality of work, and the professional and efficient staff.
