Prompt and professional service! I was driving home from work and needed to check a tire warning for low air. I decided to stop at the dealer's service department to have air added. Klancy immediately took my car into the shop and came back shortly to let me know they had found a nail in my tire. They asked if I wanted them to repair it so I sad go ahead. They directed me to their comfortable waiting room where I enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate and a granola bar. When he told me the repair was done, I was told the repair would be complimentary because I have given them all of my service business. He even offered to wash my car. Now that's service! I only have one negative comment and that is when I got home I realized that the screw cap was missing from my tire valve. I will stop by there for another one when I'm heading that way again. More

Happy to say no cost, and both wipers working again. I have purchased now 4 cars (latest in January 2017)- all new, however, I wanted to be sure that this dealership, and service department are recognized asreally tops in my book. I don't agree with a previous responder pertaining to these two individuals. they are both incredibly professional and have been so helpful with all my service needs for my purchases of my last three Infinitis, and now forth. By "loyal" I was told I do not get all of my service done at Infiniti. including oil changes, therefore I am not a valued customer. On top if it, paid $200 for them to tell me the same thing I told them was wrong with car (I even told them the error code). Allie knows the warranty and was deceitful about that as well. Bought my car at this dealer and referred a friend here. Would never buy another car from this dealer. Worst customer service I have ever received at a dealer. More
