Replacing a damaged tire. Took 3 hours and then they gave me loaner . Thought that was a bit long. After 2 hours they said I should get the first regular service. They said they "should" get everything done by closing (7pm I think). This is when the start getting me the loaner. Drive home and they delivered my car next morning. More
