Kourtney was our first contact at Genesis and we were pleasantly surprised with her enthusiasm and also her product knowledge of the Genesis. Bob was so very helpful too and I really appreciated his offer to return our rental car to enterprise. They made the process very pleasant. All other dealerships we had visited really lacked any knowledge of their product or availability in the pipeline. In fact we went to test drive a car that we scheduled to drive but they put us in a car that we would never purchase. Their IT guy "genius" knew nothing on how to operate the vehicle.
