Excellent service by Justin at Hoffman Nissan I was an hour late for my appointment, but that made no difference. I was signed in immediately, retrieved my loaner and left within 5 minutes. I was also informed that there had been a recall on my car of which I have not yet been made aware, which Hoffman's was taking care of at the appointment. The car was ready a few hours later, and when I was late getting there, as it was closing time, I called to say I'd be a few minutes late and Justin waited for me. All in all...a pleasure. More
