Not only did they sneak in thousands of dollars in hidden fees, but their customer service is completely nonexistent once you drive off the lot. Deceptive Pricing & Hidden Fees After signing my deal, I later found out they added over $2,290in bogus charges to my loan without my knowledge, including: • Key Replacement Protection – $295 • Paintless Dent Protection – $995 • Windshield Protection – $1,000 These were never clearly disclosed, and when I called to dispute them, no one answered or returned my calls. It’s clear they rely on bait-and-switch tactics to take advantage of buyers. Zero Customer Support – They Ignore You After the Sale For three weeks, I tried to reach someone—anyone—at the dealership to get a simple mailing address so I could send my out-of-state inspection paperwork. No one answered. No one called back. To make things worse, they failed to pay off my trade-in loan, even though it was part of the deal! My bank kept withdrawing payments, and this dealership did nothing to fix it. Save Yourself the Headache – Shop Elsewhere! This dealership is all about taking your money and disappearing. Unfortunately, the forced sale of a LoJack system on the car leaves me disappointed with the transaction. This is a feature that I do not want, and it seems that it was included in a less than forthright manner: After deciding upon a sale price, this feature was added onto the bill of sale. This should have been included in the price of the car, but instead seems to have been attached in hopes that an unsuspecting customer would not notice it and pay $1,000 over the agreed upon price. This practice seems deceptive to me, and therefore, I would not recommend this dealership to a friend. More
