Service writer Iffy was terrific. I was taken in right on time and my vehicle was ready when they said it would.. I was impressed with all staff members. Lack of follow up, no callbacks, and it took me five days &4 trips out to Auburn to get the car prepped in order to drive it away after purchasing the vehicle. registration was mailed to be and inspection was done on my own, Lastly a software update will need to loaded.into the vehicle next week. After setting up a appt for my genesis g80 about a month ago for a recall, I brought my car as scheduled only to be told the part wasn’t available. This is after numerous emails which I received stating my ago for a recall, I brought my car as scheduled only to be told the part wasn’t available. This is after numerous emails which I received stating my appt for my Prius was scheduled. I sent numerous replies back stating my car is a Genesis G80 not. Prius, I didn’t want to get to the dealer only to be told they didn’t have the part. What happened? I go to the appt. And they don’t have the part! To compound the error, I’m was told by service the appt was only to check to see if I needed a new charcoal canister not to fix it. That’s absurd! It’s a recall! Obviously my car needed a new one since Genesis sent me the recall information about a mouth ago stating the year and model. So I am not happy having taken time off got nothing done and need to come back again. I expected better from a Herb Chambers auto dealer. Regards More
