My fiance wanted to purchase a slightly used Nissan that was located at Genesis of Atlanta. So I was tasked with the solo mission of "seek, find, test drive". I was exhausted from fighting Atlanta's traffic and visiting other dealerships. But the moment I walked into the Genesis showroom I felt like I was at home- a luxury home! The showroom layout is beautifully designed. Then in walks salesman Macloskie Bokwe. Mr. Bokwe made the test-drive and buying experience very pleasant for both my fiance and I. Bokwe was very knowledgable of the car even though it was not a Genesis brand. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very courteous, professional, very knowledgeable of the brand, and sharply dressed! When we arrived to finalize the deal, our car was immaculately cleaned. And that gift bow on the hood solidified the deal!! When it was time to finalize the the numbers, our F&I manager Lori did an outstanding job explaining the numbers and warranty information to us. I never really thought about buying a Genesis, but this experience and the amazing cars in the showroom at Genesis of Atlanta has me rethinking the Genesis brand. Highly impressed. Thanks everyone. Let me start by saying that I've ought a LOT of cars in my lifetime. I purchased a CPO Genesis G70 Sport Prestige from Genesis of Atlanta late last year. This was before the change in leadership and the mo my lifetime. I purchased a CPO Genesis G70 Sport Prestige from Genesis of Atlanta late last year. This was before the change in leadership and the move to the swanky new location. The information and promises shared with me during that purchase I found out later to not be true and saying I wasn't happy would be an understatement. I decided to replace my CPO and t in the process discovered that a few months and a change in leadership make all the difference in the world. To provide context, they are located 1.5 hours away from my home city but I decided to give them another chance as they have the largest inventory and specifically had what I was looking for on the lot and available that day. Dwayne Palmer is a joy to work with. From the time we connected I knew that he was the real deal. HE TOOK THE TIME to find out what I needed and what was important to me, and NEVER pressured me to settle for something that was "almost" what I wanted. I will never forget that and he has earned a customer for life. HauB Cao in finance was truly awesome. I've never had a finance guy do as much as he did to make me happy with the transaction and we laughed so hard and so much that people in the lobby were probably wondering what was so dang funny. I just have to say again these guys to include the Sales Manager, and I didn't get his name, but I can't end this without expressing my appreciation and admiration to him for his caring and leadership.
