I’ve owned a 1971, a 1997, and most recently a 2007 Corvette, which I traded in for this latest beauty—and Hilal made the entire process smooth, exciting, and stress-free. From the moment we connected, Hilal was phenomenal—incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to walk me through every detail, answer all my questions, and made me feel like a valued client every step of the way. We bought a brand new 2023 GV70, we also purchased the concierge service agreement. We discovered immediately the air conditioner DID NOT WORK. They took it in, said they fixed it only for it to stop working shortly thereafter. I called back, was put off and told it would be a few weeks b4 they could service the car. I insisted this was WRONG and finally they agreed to fix it sooner. Fast forward to this year, once again turn on air it is NOT WORKING nor is the SEAT COOLING. The car currently has 4,928 miles! I call the service department finally get a return call only to be told the first available date they have is JUNE 2nd! I told Jasmine the concierge agent this was unacceptable and asked to be transferred to the service manager. I got his voicemail ( Kevin Whiteside) since it was b4 3:00pm I expected to get a live person. When I called back the phone line would just not got through!
