Great service, When we came in we already had an offer from another dealership, the same car was overpriced but with lower mileage in this dealership, so we did not When we came in we already had an offer from another dealership, the same car was overpriced but with lower mileage in this dealership, so we did not have a lot of expectations. Frank was helpful took us for a test ride even though it seemed like a long shot. eventually, that dealership matched the offer and in a few hours we able to drove with the car from there. Frank followed up to make sure we are happy with the car the days after the purchase. More

BUYER BEWARE! DYSFUNCTIONAL FAMILY! I had previously written what I consider to be a glowing, very well thought out review about this dealership and my experience leasing a new Genesis c I had previously written what I consider to be a glowing, very well thought out review about this dealership and my experience leasing a new Genesis car. Ash the Sales Person and Leo the Sales Manager treated me, "like family". I was pleased and impressed driving away in a G70, my first, Genesis car. Well, they say the measure of a Business or at least the TRUE measure of a Business can best be found not when things are going well, but when things go wrong (if they do). THINGS WENT VERY WRONG. I brought my car in to get the protectant put on the seats expecting to receive my car back same day. "Greg, do you need a loaner" Ash said. "No thanks, I'll just drive around with the wife and kids no problem, thanks though". I asked him to check the engine and oil light that had been coming on that I had called him about days previous. I didn't receive my car back that day and needed a loaner since guests were coming in for the holidays...He said there was an oil leak that they couldn't find and I could get the car the next day or so. No such luck!! I went to the service department to check the status of my car and retrieve a few things. The service guy said, "They didn't tell you??" The ENGINE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. WHAT?! It's only a week old. I want a replacement car not a car that needs a new engine. He was like, "yeah I get it but you have to follow up with sales." Ash, wasn't there so Vincent spoke with me and agreed a new car was in order but, it was beyond his authority and the General Manager would have to make the call, but don't worry we will do the RIGHT THING. A couple hours later, I spoke to Lou, the Sales Manager that was so kind and supportive of me buying the car. "Leo, you have to unwind my lease, and just put me in another car. This is a week old and I shouldn't have to wait for a new engine and I don't want a car that requires a new engine. I said. "I agree Greg, I don't have the authority and the General Manager is on a flight back to Denver. I will speak to him the moment he gets in and get back to you. We will make it right." I felt Naively reassured. The next day, Lou called and said that the General Manager isn't going to do it. I have to keep the car. They'd pay a month of my lease payment. "WHAT?!! You can't be serious." I said. We don't build the cars is what Leo responded with per his General Manager. I'm gonna fight this. And if this review at least gives pause to a few people and has them avoid this dealership then good. They smile and say, "You're family!" It's a dysfunctional family to say the least. Go Elsewhere! It started with Ash, you will be fooled by this (what I consider to be) swindler now. Leo, tried to help and failed and knows what is happening is wrong. The General Manager who has failed to call or meet me? David Zinsmeister? Well, it starts as the top and ultimately HE is what's wrong. He could've made it right and chose not to. More
