The service performed was fine. The waiting area is very cold. The car wash was supposed to take 45 minutes. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I asked what was up. Only then did they tell me that the wash was busy and my car was still unwashed. So I left. That’s a lot of time wasted for nothing. And very poor communication to the customer. This dealership still has growing pains almost two years later. More
