I really only had the opportunity to meet the service team that checks you in and checks you out. They were extremely courteous and laid out everything I should expect. They under promised, and over deli team that checks you in and checks you out. They were extremely courteous and laid out everything I should expect. They under promised, and over delivered. The process was highly automated in terms of notifications and timing. They were very efficient at getting me where I needed to go while the car was being serviced. Car was washed too! More

Needless to remind you that your credibility depends on your integrity. I had no problem if they had said it’ll take 4 hours to begin with. Then the reasoning n justifications followed and the usual “we apologize “ routine which in no way makes up for the wastage of my valuable time.
