I really only had the opportunity to meet the service team that checks you in and checks you out. They were extremely courteous and laid out everything I should expect. Then the reasoning n justifications followed and the usual “we apologize “ routine which in no way makes up for the wastage of my valuable time. This is unexpected from a luxury car supllier that intends to compete with Mercedes n alike. More
