Brand spanking new! Beautiful dealership with a nice sitting area. Would be nice to add somewhere I can use a desk in the event I need to pull out my laptop and work... But instead, I found out there is a concierge service that can come and pickup my vehicle from wherever and then bring the car back after service, along with a loaner car! But in this instance, I forgot about this service. But instead of having me sit and wait, Benson called me an Uber. I'ts the little things that matter when it comes to customer service and Benson noticed. He called me an "Uber Pet" because I had my small dog! And when it was time for me to come and pick up my vehicle, Benson called another Uber Pet to bring me back to the dealership. Very happy. I do need to return for a follow up due to a recall that needs to be completed. But I know they will make it quite easy. I may just sit in the lounge and do some work and drink all the coffee and snacks they have. Since it's so new, maybe they can add a TV or some soothing music? More
