The wait time was unsatisfactory and unacceptable, for the second time. As far as I can tell, the work on my car was very good. The people were nice. But the wait time was horrible. I left the dealership at 5:55pm, nearly five hours later. I had a similar experience the prior time I was there. I have never had wait times like this from any other automotive service provider. I don't know who David Shlling is. And I dont understand the relationship between Genesis and Manly Hyundai since no one explained that to me. More

Caesar was great. Dealership STILL didn't address problem after $240 diagnostic fee. Joe Reynoso isn't happy.
