Drove 1 1/2 hours for a recall APPOINTMENT only to learn the dealer didn’t have. Indication from service provider was I would receive notification when part and appointment time set to remedy a serious fla the dealer didn’t have. Dissapointed of being waiting for a part during 6 weeks because was out of stock. Purchased a new car to do Not deal with car issues and since the first weeks starting problems. Took my car in for an appointment I had due to a recall. Decided to go ahead have my tires rotated while I was there. They said I needed oil change so said go ahead.
