The finance department was great and worked hard to check with any banks who would give us a low finance rate so we would not be paying too much monthly. My mother and I left the dealership with a car each that had great mileage for a great price. The car fax turned out good and each person there was very friendly. My mother and I are very happy with the service and sales we received and would recommend this dealership to others. More

Please do not even waste your time visiting this dealership ! They used to be called autoworld which I have heard horrible things about so I thought maybe things changed due to the name change. ( maybe there is a new owner etc.) Well I was wrong !! I left a deposit on a vehicle on a thursday and by friday morning I realized it wasnt going to work for me to purchase the vehicle because the insurance was way too high, this was not the dealerships fault but unfortunately I couldnt afford both the vehicle payments (which I never got an exact number for how much they would be.)and the insurance. I was told by henry the salesperson that I would have my deposit later on that day , when I went to get my deposit he told me i would have to come in Monday because it wasnt ready. When I went in Monday he Told me they dont cut checks until Friday. When I went in Friday he told the check wasnt there to come back on monday When I called monday he told me someone must have lost my paperwork because the check wasnt there. I said ok I'll just wait until friday give them the benefit of the doubt and understand something must have happened. Now today is friday I have called 3 times with no return phone call and when I asked to speak with a manager i was told i would get a phone call back and i asked be put on hold and I have managed to write this whole review while staying on the phone for 25 minutes just to get a stinken $100.00 check !! if this company is that tied up for $100.00 thats pathetic. To add to everything I am going through you think henry would understand my frustration instead he mocks me and tells me he will take care of it before i have a fit over $100.00 !!!! yea thats real proffesional !!! Dont do it ! I didnt even get to the process of buying the car and I could only imagine how that wouldve ended up !!!! Its a shame because there are good dealerships out there but they all get a bad name because of places like this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
