I don't know what has changed at this KIA dealership, but my husband and I used to think their service department was the best! Recently, though, their service is not even poor. It's non-existent. My Sorento has been in their service dept for 3 months. The engine died at 100,000 miles, same as my previous KIA, and they are "working on" making a decision whether to cover the replacement under warranty (for a common KIA issue) or to charge me over $11,000.00 to replace. That isn't even the worst part. I have called repeatedly and no one in service has once answered their phone in 3 months. I am put to voicemail that says they answer quickest by text. So I have texted. In 3 months, I have received ONE response. And that was to say they have no updates. I have been extremely cordial. Asking if they need any more information from me to send to corporate. Nothing. No response at all. I even went to speak to someone in person and had to just leave my contact info because there was no one there for me to speak to. Today I called sales because that was the only way to get an actual person on the phone. The salesman said he would go to the service dept and have someone call me back. No one called. I am at a complete loss. More

She never had an attitude in any way that showed impatience it showed frustration and just continued to help us as best as she could The manager was also wonderful. He answered all our questions and such a professional manner After having such a bad experience at another Kia I was so pleased with the business people here I will recommend Kia in Bohemia to anybody that's looking for a vehicle This this was the best experience that I've ever had.
