I started researching cars online and had some inquiries about the Kia optima. I received a call from Joe Jones at Generation Kia. We set up an appointment for a test drive. I had been looking for a car for months with no luck, and had visited many dealerships in my area. Most were not helpful once they heard my budget, or were over aggressive.
