I walked into Generation Kia for the first time. I was greeted by a salesman named Chris Carratura. As always when I walked in I was concerned that I was going to get a typical annoying salesman. My guard greeted by a salesman named Chris Carratura. As always when I walked in I was concerned that I was going to get a typical annoying salesman. My guard was up. That being said Wow! Chris was not only professional and knowledgeable but he made me feel comfortable and was not pushy. I walked in not thinking I was going to buy a car. After sitting with Chris , I ended up buying a car that day. Chris introduced me to Generation Kia's service department which was excellent. I was looking to get out of my 2010 Dodge Charger and save money on my payment and gas. I spoke to Rich and he told me no problem come on down, when I arrived the showroom was full and I waited in the lo save money on my payment and gas. Even owning $7000 more then my car was was actually worth I was able to finance a 2011 Toyota Camry for $50 less a month. I loved the service and would highly recommend these guys. Robert R More

A short while ago I wrote a negative review of Generation Kia based upon an unproductive experience on my first visit. Since then, the dealership has contacted me and urged me to give them another chance t Kia based upon an unproductive experience on my first visit. Since then, the dealership has contacted me and urged me to give them another chance to make me a satisfied customer. Needless to say, they succeeded beyond my wildest expectations. Customer Service Representative Mike DiBari personifies his title. He apologized for my previous experience and reassured me that Generation Kia’s only aim as a dealership is to completely satisfy their customers so that they will keep going back for their next car. Sales Manager Rich Palmieri listened intently to my wants and wishes and worked arduously to accommodate me. The dealership gave me a very generous buy-back of my 2012 Sorento SX. Then we negotiated a spectacular lease on a 2014 Sorento Limited. Furthermore, they went the extra mile to locate and acquire a hard to find color at an out of region dealership. Salesman Lou Genovese went above and beyond the call of duty to drive to Pennsylvania to bring back the car, missing opportunities for other sales during this time. Maybe my initial experience was a fluke or somebody was having a bad day. But the whole team, especially Rich and Lou, certainly fulfilled their mantra of making a completely satisfied customer out of me. More
