The specific amount ($28650) offer that you received in the mailer is a sight unseen offer. We don't know the exact model that you have or the condition and present mileage. You must understand that as a dealer we can always offer you a higher value for your trade in when you are purchasing a new vehicle. We can offer you additional discounts on the new vehicle to make up for the difference in trade in value. As far as the "very expensive lease quote", I am not sure exactly how far you were into the negotiation process.
