Just an update that i need to share... KIA MOTORS has done absolutely nothing for me... they are still giving me the run around in regards to my engine .. and now i have condensation in my headlight.. th done absolutely nothing for me... they are still giving me the run around in regards to my engine .. and now i have condensation in my headlight.. the dealership tells me that they will order me a new headlight.. but then when i speak with corporate they tell me that the dealership will not replace it unless there is a puddle of water in it.. it will be almost a month that the dealership promised me they would call me to tell me when the headlight came in.. meanwhile they have no clue that i spoke with corporate and still have not contacted me .. you would think the people at KIA MOTORS would know what their talking about first off.. and second of all you think if they couldn't replace it i would have been notified.. nahhh they got my money and thats all they care about.. SO DONT BUY A KIA.. THE DEALERSHIPS DONT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.. THEY CARE ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF CARS THEY SELL EACH MONTH... AND THEY DONT BACK UP THEIR MAGICAL WARRANTY ... so do i contact better business bureau or consumer affairs? More
