I was on my way to the Honda dealer and right before getting there my husband spotted KIA.    I was addimant about stopping because I had been to other dealerships and hated the experience,  so  was determined to go back to the Honda dealer where  I had gotten all my previous cars.  Much against my will we stopped and I thank my husband because it was a great decision.   We were immediately welcomed by Mr. Joe Jones and immediately he made us feel comfortable.  He offered his services and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and without being pushy he showed me the cars that fit what I was looking for.   We were impress with Mr. Jones' s services.  He made negotiations so easy and took the time to understand my needs.   At the end of the day I purchased the KIA fully equipped koup Forte.  I couldn't be happier with Mr. Jones's service, had it not been for him I would have turned around and continue my way to Honda without giving KIA a chance.   I have received many compliments on the car and I have been recommending it and Mr. Jones to my friends and family.  KIA is very lucky to have Mr. Jones as part of their team. Won Me Over! I was referred to Generation Kia by a friend and with the help of Joe Sr. and Joseph Jones I was won over! I was raised in a Saturn family and when GM I was referred to Generation Kia by a friend and with the help of Joe Sr. and Joseph Jones I was won over! I was raised in a Saturn family and when GM decided to discontinue that make of vehicle, I was at a loss. I had no idea what kind of car I was looking for next and for the first time in my life, leased a car (a Chevy Cruze) so I could buy some time in order to decide on what type of vehicle I might want to purchase. While the car was fine, I did not feel that I wanted to purchase the car or any other car from that dealership. because I did not particularly care for the Sales department there. I noticed my friend had leased several Kias and I was seeking direction, so I asked her what dealership she dealt with. She quickly and proudly referred me to Generation Kia! Joseph was such a pleasure to deal with - professional, courteous, diligent and has a great sense of humor! He found me exactly what I was looking for, "an AWD Sportage without any bells and whistles." Within a few days, I became a Kia owner and feel that I just may have found my new car "family".
