When ordering, the Jeep tools didn't allow us to order exactly what we wanted - so she went to a regional rep and got us exactly what we wanted - regardless of the tools. Then, as it arrived from the plant, she kept us posted all the way on the process and we were able to pick it up at a convenient time. All of this service - for a vehicle we were buying in a corporate purchase program where we were paying a discounted rate. Worth the extra 30 mins drive from Omaha. More
