I was extremely happy with my experience. Fred was very knowledgeable and was not at all pushy. He answered all of my questions and worked with me to get payments where I needed them to be. Our experience at Gene Steffy's was wonderful. We are returning customers, and had called ahead of time to talk to Gary, as we live three hours northeast of Fremont. We told Gary over the phone what we were looking for and what sort of options we desired in our vehicle. We arrived at 5 PM on a Tuesday evening to find that Gary had picked out a vehicle from the inventory that had every option on our wishlist, along with a great price tag! The best part is that we only had to test drive one vehicle because Gary did all of the work for us, and really listened to our wants and needs. Within two hours we had taken this vehicle for a test drive, and had negotiated a price that was lower than the sticker price. Kathy, who was very friendly, was then able to complete all the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently, and we were on our way home with our new Durango within 2.5 hours! This is the sixth vehicle that my family has bought at this dealership, and we plan on returning when we need a new pickup. More
