Not your typical car salespeople This is our second lease with Gene Steffy Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and I can't begin to say enough nice things about them! No shady stalling tactics, This is our second lease with Gene Steffy Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and I can't begin to say enough nice things about them! No shady stalling tactics, no tacking on extra things they "forgot" to mention during the sales pitch, no stereotypical car dealer shenanigans. We gave the requirements we needed in a vehicle to Ed as well as the price range we wanted to stick to and he went to work to find the right vehicle for us. Oh, did I mention he did this with us via email and the telephone? As small business owners with a full time retail bakery, finding the time for us to drive up to Fremont is tricky so we very much appreciated that they worked with us with the preliminary process via these two means of communication. It helped immensely. Needless to say, Ed not only found the perfect vehicle for us but he was able to get us great lease terms! When I arrived a couple days later to sign for the vehicle and take it home, everything was as discussed when we agreed to lease the vehicle the days prior. I love that I didn't have to worry about any bait and switch tactics. Everything else was smooth sailing from signing paperwork to going over vehicle features.
