Conner made this a great experience in purchasing a new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, polite and has a great out look on life. He made my family and myself feel welcomed the entire time we were there and gave us his undivided attention. I would definitely recommend using Conner as a salesman. If you had previous bad experiences such as I had I would recommend giving it another shot by using Conner as your salesman. More

BEWARE OLDER PEOPLE I went in to look for a different vehicle, not ready to buy. FRED was the salesman I dealt with. He pressured me into buying a vehicle which they ju I went in to look for a different vehicle, not ready to buy. FRED was the salesman I dealt with. He pressured me into buying a vehicle which they just received as a trade. They failed to go thru the vehicle and fix major problems, which I am now having to pay for and I overpaid for the vehicle by several thousand dollars due to the pressure he put on me to buy this vehicle. So not only did I pay to much, partly my fault, but now I am putting hundreds of dollars into it that should have been looked into prior to the sale. During the sale Fred added $1000 to the bottom line sale that wasn't disclosed to me until after the sale. They didn't change the oil, which was due and said they would do, and the struts are bad. I am an older woman who has never bought a vehicle before and FRED completely screwed me and now they are doing nothing to rectify all the issues. When I went in to address these issues Fred's response was "I can't fix that stuff, you bought it!" with an angry voice and walked off!! He was very rude. In fact one of the girls who worked there even made a remark about how rude he was being. I will NEVER go back there again. He needs to be FIRED for all the lies he told me, and for adding money to the vehicle I did not agree to. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that cost me $6000 more than it should have and am still paying for things to be fixed on it. So I am warning all of you, if you do decide to deal with Steffy's DO NOT allow FRED to help you with the sale! My daughter and son in law have bought their last 5 vehicles from there and dealt with Mitch, whom they speak very highly of, however due to my experience they will probably not be going back to buy their next vehicle. They trade vehicles every 3 yrs. due to my son in laws job. So if you do go there Mitch would be the one to see. My daughter told me to see him and I am sorry I didn't. More
