Amazing Customer Experience I titled the post Amazing Customer Experience because working with Gene Steffy and more specifically Mitch Brehm isn't just a transaction like at many I titled the post Amazing Customer Experience because working with Gene Steffy and more specifically Mitch Brehm isn't just a transaction like at many big city dealerships but a true "experience". This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Mitch at Gene Steffy's and this shows he has been excellent to work with. Mitch truly goes out of his way to find the perfect vehicle and is extremely knowledgeable on all mechanical features not only of the Dodge and Chrysler brand but of many other brands as well. Knowing how a vehicle is built and functions mechanically is very important when you pair that with the discussion of what a person plans to use it for and how they plan to use it. I personally like to customize my vehicles and being able to ask Mitch even 2 or 3 years after the sale to call on his expertise has been invaluable and again leads to the continued experience. He is always more than happy to lend his advice and expertise. I have recommended my family and friends to Gene Steffy because I trust them to work in my family and friends best interest. I have been to many other dealers and it amazes me at how they just want to "sell" you a car and get on to the next suspect. Cars are a major purchase and I would rather work with a dealership who values what will work best for me far beyond the quick sell.
