Incredible! Amazing! Fair & Fun! I had such a wonderful experience from my first reach out to even weeks after my purchase. I would have to say my situation was a bit more unique than most. First of all I live in Des Moines , Iowa & the dealership is actually in Fremont, Nebraska - Secondly, my idea of what I wanted to have done as far as amount of my trade, financing terms, interest rate and monthly payment amount. I knew that ALL I wanted done may not even be possible; which was fine with me – I didn’t NEED a new vehicle but I did want oneJ however it had to make sense for me to go any further. Shaunelle went above & beyond in working with me even with the difficulty of me not walking on the lot or having face to face conversation/interaction. She was great at following up with me in emails, texts and phone calls. She worked with my bank branch manager ironing out details & sending purchase agreement. Not only was Shaunelle so personable but she is extremely knowledgeable as well. I was very thankful she was able to discuss breakdowns (what’s included & what is NOT included) especially bc of the out of state differences I myself would not have thought of. Here in Iowa when you by a vehicle everything is included (tax, title, license) I would have assumed that taxes were included as I have never purchased a car in any other state but my home state. I more than appreciate Shaunelle and my banker going over that with me so we were able to account for Iowa taxes in my loan as well. I know that wouldn’t have been a good surprise to find out taxes weren’t included ; I would be shocked to have a large bill I wasn’t planning on. My expectations were met and succeed , it was pretty much a “done deal” before my drive down there. On my exciting day getting to meet Shaunelle and the rest of the staff, everyone was so friendly and knew me as the “Iowa girl” I had no idea that many people knew about me or that I was coming – but it made for such as warm welcome! Everything was good to go, my new vehicle was inspected thoroughly down to the little details and I was so pleased that nothing changed upon my arrival and pick up (no additional fees/costs) in fact I received a good surprise – they were sending me a check back! I know when people think of “sales people” negative thoughts of “they just want the sale that the sales person doesn’t care they will sell you anything for the paycheck” here this was not the case! I have been to and worked with other dealerships and by far this was my greatest experience where I truly have NOTHING but GOOD things to say!!!!! J it was more than worth the time, the drive and the generosity I received. Shaunelle is now my car lady for life! I am so thankful & grateful for this experience what a blessing! More

Steffy Dealership searched to find the Journey model & color I wanted; which required going out of state! I'm now leasing a '18 gray bronze GT Journey! It's AWESOME!
