I told her what I was looking for in a vehicle, although I wasn't sure I was actually in the market for one right at that time. Shaunelle showed me one that had recently arrived on the lot and it fit my needs perfectly! She had other options, but the once she chose was perfect! Shaunelle was a delight to work with, she was professional yet warm. She listened to my story and was tuned in to what my vehicle needs were and what I could afford. I am most than satisfied. She is excellent. Mr. Steffy also stopped by to chat a few moments and was very cordial. No high pressure, no sales "tactics", no ridiculous sales psychology...just honest open caring effort to fill the request and needs for what I needed in a vehicle. Shaunelle was very professional and respectful of my time, and worked toward getting a deal which would work for us, without being pushy. Similarly, Kathy in the business office was professional and good. Just good explanation of things available so you can make a decision without pressure. (The only negative part of the experience was that it did take a long time to get into the business office to finish the purchase the day we bought it, but it was at the end of the day so that may have made it worse. I had the feeling that wasn't normal for them.) We really like our new Pacifica. I'd recommend this Steffy dealership. All in all, It was a good car-buying experience. More
